Week 4: Photomontage

For my first photomontage, I decided to depict the horrendous mass deforestation occuring in the Amazon rainforest. This is happening to increase the number of cattle that are raised and later slaughtered for consumption, which in turn leads to destruction of the ecosystem and its productivity. For my second photomontage, I wanted to depict people going out and protesting for the rights of individuals to have bodily autonomy. Since the overturn of Roe v. Wade, I think it's been increasingly important to speak about and encourage others to stand up for choice and democracy.
